According to my Track and Trace link, my package has been delivered. But I haven’t received anything.

The information provided by the delivery company will show directly on the Track and Trace website. For this reason, we assume that the delivery status that is mentioned on the website is correct. Check first with fellow residents and neighbours if they have received the package.

If you did not receive your order, we advise you to contact us by mail via helpdesk@redcelebration.com using your track and trace number through: http://www.postnl.nl/voorthuis/klantenservice/ or PostNL Consumer Helpdesk 0900 0990 (10 ct / pm)

Post NL will investigate your complaint. Additionally, we recommend you to inform us about the status of the situation via helpdesk@redcelebration.com

For packages delivered outside the Netherlands: Send us an email at helpdesk@redcelebration.com and we will contact the delivery company to receive an update on the delivery of your shipment.

If you are not satisfied with the product(s). If the original product packaging is unopened, you can request a return authorization number via helpdesk@redcelebration.com. You can request a return authorization number within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that the costs and risks of returning the package are for the customer only.

After receiving the return shipment and bank account number, we will  refund within 14 days.
Note: The shipping costs are not refunded, unless the product is damaged and the package is unopened.

If you have received an incorrect item, we offer you the possibility to return the product for free. The original packaging must be unopened. If this is the case, please send an e-mail to helpdesk@redcelebration.com

After we receive the return shipment, we will refund you the ordered product (s) and additional shipping costs.

It is not possible to change orders that are already placed and paid for. Though, it is possible to return the order after receiving it. This is only possible if the original product packaging is unopened. Follow the procedure below to return an order.

To return an order, request a return authorization number via info@redcelebration.com. You can request a return within 14 working days after receiving your order. Please note that the costs and risks of returning the order are for the customer. After receiving the return shipment and bank account number, we will  refund within 14 days.

Note: There will be no refund for the additional shipping costs, if the full order is not returned.

Our courier uses the following guidelines when delivering your order, if you or your fellow residents are not at home. Look carefully which delivery company is in charge of the delivery via your Track & Trace code, please follow the next procedure in the next description below.


• Delivery to the neighbours
If the addressee is not present. Than the delivery company provides the package to the neighbours. The recipient receives a notification stating at what address number the package is delivered.

• Follow instruction at the "not home" note.

The courier will leave a note, in case deleviry was not possible at your adress or your neighbours. Please follow the instruction to receive or collect the package

Red Celebration provides all the colour combinations of products that you wish for. Select the desired number and colours. The total price is shown at the checkout of your shopping cart.

Orders that are placed on working days before 16.00 pm, will be shipped on the same day. The delivery time depends on the country of delivery. For specific delivery time, you can contact us via helpdesk@redcelebration.com.

If your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with a Track & Trace number. With this number you can check the status of your order.
