If you are not satisfied with the product(s). If the original product packaging is unopened, you can request a return authorization number via helpdesk@redcelebration.com or by calling our telephone number: +3185(0)0608890. You can request a return authorization number within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. Request an authorization number within 14 days after receiving the order. Send the request by email to helpdesk@redcelebration.com. After receiving your request, the number will be sent within 1 working day by email.

2. Put the unopened items, that you would like to return back in the box and send it (within 14 days after receiving the package) to:

3. After receiving the return shipment and bank account information, we will refund the purchase amount and regular shipping costs within 14 days. The shipping costs will be refunded if the entire order is returned.

Please note that the costs and risks of returning the package are for the customer only.
